Your App Is Slow. We Make It Fast.

Last month, we helped a delivery app cut their load time from 8 seconds to 1.3 seconds. Their user retention jumped by 67% in three weeks. We do this kind of work regularly — not through magic, but by fixing what's actually broken.

Real Numbers From Recent Projects

We track everything. These aren't projections or estimates — they're actual measurements from apps we've worked on in the past six months.

How We Actually Fix Performance Issues

Most performance problems come from the same handful of mistakes. We've done this enough times to know exactly where to look first.

Here's our actual process — no consulting fluff, just what we do every time.

1

Measure Everything Before Touching Anything

We install monitoring on your app for 48-72 hours. Real users, real conditions. You'd be surprised how different actual usage looks compared to what developers think happens. We're tracking memory leaks, network calls, database queries, UI thread blocking — anything that might be slowing things down.

2

Fix the Obvious Stuff First

Usually we find 3-5 things that are clearly wrong. Images loading at full resolution when they're displayed as thumbnails. API calls happening on every screen render instead of being cached. Background processes running when the app is idle. We fix these first because they give you the biggest gains with the least risk.

3

Test on Actual Devices People Use

We have a shelf full of mid-range Android phones from 2021-2023 because that's what most people in Cambodia actually use. Your app might run fine on your developer's iPhone 14, but if it stutters on a Samsung A32, you're losing users. We test everything on real hardware with real network conditions.

4

Document What Changed and Why

You get a spreadsheet with before/after measurements for everything we touched. Load times, memory usage, battery drain, network data consumed. Plus explanations in plain language about what was wrong and how we fixed it. Your developers will need this information later.

What Clients Tell Us After Projects

We keep these quotes because they remind us why this work matters. Performance isn't just technical — it affects real businesses.

They found problems in places we never thought to look. Our app was making 47 unnecessary API calls every time someone opened the home screen. Once they fixed that, everything else got faster too. The difference was visible within days.

We'd been trying to fix our app's battery drain for months. SyncPortalNet figured it out in three days — we had location services polling every 5 seconds even when the app was in background. Simple problem, huge impact. Our one-star reviews about battery usage dropped by 80%.

Let's Look at Your App Together

If your app feels slow, crashes occasionally, or drains batteries faster than it should, we can probably help. We've done this work for 14 companies in Phnom Penh since September 2024.

First step is simple: we run a basic performance audit (takes about 2 hours) and show you what we find. No commitment required. If the problems are fixable, we'll tell you. If they're not worth fixing, we'll tell you that too.

  • Performance audits typically take 2-3 business days
  • Most optimization projects complete within 3-4 weeks
  • We work on-site in Phnom Penh or remote, your choice
  • You get detailed documentation of everything we change
